Join best-selling author and conversion expert Bryan Eisenberg of FutureNow with his Guest Tom Leung, testing expert and Business Product Manager of Google Website Optimizer, each month as they explore powerful ideas and the tools necessary for an effective and systematic approach to help your business improve its marketing continously.

Bryan's expertise has been recognized by clients that include Dell, Overstock.com, Volvo and WebEx, and by publications that include The Wall Street Journal, Business 2.0, and Inc Magazine. Bryan regularly speaks at industry marketing events and is a co-founder of the Web Analytics Association.


Tom Leung

Tom Leung, Business Product Manager at Google, Inc.

In his position at Google, Tom is responsible for the overall vision and product development strategy for Google Website Optimizer. Tom also manages other advertising related projects and the Google Analytics authorized consultant program.

Tom has been working in online marketing since 1999 and is co-inventor of a number of patents relating to interactive publishing, web communications, and internet advertising. Previously, Tom has worked at Microsoft where he led product strategy and business planning for Windows Live Hotmail. Tom earned his bachelor's degree from Bowdoin College and MBA from Harvard University.
