Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make the seminar, please send a substitute. If no one from your organization can attend, you will be entitled to a refund according to the following schedule:

  • 5 or more business days before the seminar date -- 100% refund
  • 4 or fewer business days before the seminar date or No show -- No refund

Cancellation must be in writing. Please note that if you don't cancel and you don't attend, you are still responsible for payment. All approved cancellations will be as a credit in the form of payment you originally registered with.
