Welding Positioner Turntable 10000lbs Floor type Foot Pedal Big
The welding positioner turntable is a single axis rotating device,
while positioner is two axis rotating. It rotates the table at
horizontal axis in both clockwise and anti-clolckwise direction.
capacity of carrying load and table size or type varies with
respect to the work piece mounted. The capacity can be varied from
minum 200lbs to maximum 60000lbs, the table can be in round shape
or square, depending on customer's request.
This machine is one of our advanced welding positioner equipment.
It can be used at automatic welding, as well as manual welding, if
customer need save cost for another welding manipulator.
Our welding turntables are designed to provide accurate and steady
rotation from the smallest to the largest work pieces . We do
manufacture custom built models according to customers
Features of our turntables:
Heavy Duty construction
AC geared motors with VFD ensures smooth and steady rotation rates
Rotation speeds are infinitely variable in both forward and reverse
Taper roller bearings ensure a steady weld ground .
Encoder mounting facility available for automation needs
Foot pedal is available for hands free operation
The turntable welding positioners provide motion in only one axis.
The fixture work piece sits on a rotating turntable that rocks.
How to Select Weld Fixtures and Clamps for turntables:
- Weld joints must be accessible. For robotic welding, use
low-profile clamps and locate them away from weld joints. Include
at least two reference points in the fixture, in a fixed
relationship to the weld points, that the robot program can use to
locate the weld joints.
- The welding fixtures must be rigid and rugged.
- Protect all weld fixture's components from weld spatter.
- Location of clamps must be easy for the operator to load parts
and remove the final welded assembly.
Ensuring precise, repeatable alignment of assemblies clamps exert
pressure to limit distortion due to robotic welding. C-clamps come
in several shapes and sizes for quick fit-up Shops usually install
racks of clamps of several throat openings-the best clamp for any
job has a frame and throat size no larger than needed, reducing
side forces on the screw and frame. Clamps forged or fabricated of
high-strength steel endure stresses better than those of cast iron.
