    The application of final PET flakes:


    About 60-70% of the PET recycled materials­­­­ are used to chemical fiber and fiber industry.

    About 15-20% of the PET flakes are used to make packing materials.

    The rest 10-25% of the PET flakes can be used in the fields of granulation, non-woven fabrics, etc

    Our PET bottle recycling machine is researched, design and manufactured by Stplas Machinery company, integration of Europe technology. With the advantages of high efficiency, high output, well performance, save labors, working stable etc. Our system is used for crushing, washing drying and recycling waste PET bottle which can be treated step by step with this facility. At the same time, it is used to separate PET bottles to flakes remove PP/PE PVC label, cap, oil, garbage, protect the environment, avoid white pollution. And finally make the waste and dirty pet bottle becoming the new finished products PET flakes. It is composed of separator, crusher, cold washing system, dewatering, drying, packing system, etc.

    Hot washer + friction washer: Effectively removes residual glue, oil and some small impurities on the surface of the bottle, which is critical to the life of the downstream filter components and product quality.


    Rinse+ Floating washer: the center idea of the process is the further separation of impurities. To move the chemical which remain the surface of the bottles when hot washer, and some separated suspended solids after rubbing, put into clean water to make the scrap to final wash, ensure the bottle scrap more Purity and Transparency. The key process of the finished product's medicinal and suspended solids residue is at this stage. This is the last level of finished product cleaning. The importance is self-evident.


    G. Dewatering drying and packing unit
