Mining Agitation Froth Flotation Cell , Copper Concentrate Machine
Copper flotation machine, flotation cells or flotation separator is used for classifying in
non-ferrous and ferrous metal mineral. BF flotation cell is the
mechanical agitation type, and it can draw the inspiration and the
pulp. Compared with other flotation plants, its spirit is big; and
the power loss is low, and the impeller lap wears lightly.
ISO9001 Certificated manufacturer copper ore flotation machine,
BF flotation separator introduction:
BF series flotation machine is suitable for the flotation process,
the ferrous metal mineral, also available in non-metallic mineral
classification; especially, it is suitable for the ore, which is
mixed by other fine grain, and complex ingredient, as the mineral
separation process is able to obtain the good separation effect.
The advantages: The air input and the productivity are big; its structure is
simple, thus the service is convenient; the impeller and the lap
are composed of the wear-resisting rubber, which may carry on the
design according to the user.
How the Copper flotation machine works?
Through V- belt transmission, which brings centrifugal effect to
form the negative pressure. On the one hand, the flotation machine
inhales sufficient air to mix with ore slurry; on the other hand it
stirs ore slurry and mix with medication to form the mineralized
froth. By adjusting the height of flashboard to control the liquid
level and make the useful froth scraped by loam board.
