Process Description:
The flow of feed compressed air to nitrogen generator is ≥140.96Nm3/min, residual oil content is ≤0.01ppm(V), normal pressure dew point is ≤-40℃, pressure is ≥0.75MPa, and the air goes into HYN3000 type nitrogen generator through air buffer. The clean compressed air goes into adsorption tower from the bottom, and the airflow diffused by air diffuser goes into adsorption tower uniformly to conduct oxygen and nitrogen adsorption and separation. The nitrogen flows out from the exit end, and this nitrogen producing process is approx. 1 minute, and it can continuously produce the nitrogen with purity of ≥99.5%, output of 3000Nm3/h. The output pressure of nitrogen is 0.65Mpa (adjustable), normal dew point of nitrogen is -43℃, and it is fed out through CG-20 nitrogen process buffer. Besides the HMI output on the site, the system detection pressure, flowrate, purity, set parameters and operating status of equipment are output to upper computer through Profibus-DP synchronously.
