Gravity filling machine

1. High accuracy: when volume dosing is 500ml, average error is ±1.5ml;

2. High speed: when volume dosing is 500ml, the speed for each value is 280 bottles per hour via stepless speed changes

6. Automatic protection: the over-load clutch on bottle loading device can automatically give warning whenever unusual situations appear.

7. Automatic dosing adjustment: the dosing volume can be steplessly adjusted and displayed via LED.

8. No rigid impact: when the machine starts, the speed increases gently; and thus no rigid impact on bottle or machines.

9. High hygienic: bottles do not contact with valves, and there is no foams and leakage during filling.
