Functions and Features:

l Chain feeding model with a clutch between the working table and unit creates convenient gravure

registering.

l Motorized detachment and combination; pneumatic locking and loosening of printing units; automatic

ink distribution and pneumatic brake separation orientation;

l Printing and slotting phase is adjusted by mechanical 360o phase adjustment facilities; option of

planetary-gear electric phase, shown by digit.

l Whole machine uses the gear pumping automatic lubrication.

l Ink roller and printing pressing roller are connected by cross slide to ensure steady transmission.

l All axles and rollers are plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.

l The whole machine adopts the electric parts from CHINT and DELIXI;

Our Factory's have CNC (8 pcs) ,milling ,drilling,pulse and other procesing machinery to insure produced high quality,precision spare part for our machines.

Wallboard:

We used CAST STEEL not Nodular cast steel.Shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage are not exist in cast stell but has too much in nodular cast steel. Cast stell is expensive than nodular cast steel but tough,dectile and easily machined.Even you cant see the steel's material after painting,but we used good cast steel ,to producted high quality machine is my factory's aim.That's why the machine have been using more than 20 year no problem.
