This equipment is a 4 axis single head automatic soldering machine, double Y platform, save the fixture feeding time, imporve the production efficiency. It's widely used in PCB soldering wire, charger plug,solering,connector plug,DC terminal,LED strip light soldering and other fields.

3, Multi-axis robot with stepper motor drive and the advanced motion control algorithm, it effectively improve the positioning accuracy and repeat precision.
4, Soldering program can be copied, save the programing time.
5, Support USB copy function, can copy the program to another machine which soldering the same product.
6, Temperatue controller can be adjustable, range from 5-500℃, high accuracy ±5℃, constant temperature,fast temperature compensation.
