SF-TC397H-8783A-T is a 4 inch TFT-LCD module.It is composed of a TFT-LCD panel,driver IC,FPC, a back light unit.The 4" display area contains 480 X(RGB)X 800pixels and can display up to 262K colors.This product accords with RoHS environmental criterion.

This graphic TFT display module is a 3.97" diagonal, full-color TFT. This TFT LCD is low-power, uses a white LED backlight, and has an integrated resistive touch-screen with the connection brought out to the main TAB connector for the display. This LCD TFT has an onboard controller and 2.8v single voltage for supply and logic. It uses an RGB interface, specified via connections to the display.
