1. Automated assembly of iodine caps and infusion connectors for peritoneal dialysis external extension tubes, as well as disinfection caps for catheter ports.

2. Rotary or circular production equipment can be customized according to the actual production capacity of customers.

3. Each assembly process is equipped with corresponding detection functions to ensure a high-quality assembly rate of qualified products.

4. The precision of adding iodine solution/disinfectant can be controlled within 0.005ml.

5. The sponge has high precision in loading, and can achieve a flat state of 1/3 of the upper surface.

6. The sealing can automatically weld aluminum foil or assemble the cap (designed according to customer requirements). Aluminum foil can be automatically punched into rolls, or directly welded to incoming materials through punching and cutting.

7. All materials of the equipment are made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, which comply with GMP requirements.

8. The main power components are composed of servo motors and reducers, performing intermittent movements. The fixture is in a stationary state during product assembly, resulting in a high product qualification rate.

9. Adopting PLC control system and touch screen human-machine interface operation.

10. It can be connected to the bubble hood machine to form a fully automatic production line for packaging products.
