Customized Box-type Diffusion Cyclone Dust Collector for Building Materials Casting

The cyclone dust collector is a dry filter dust collector. When the dust is drawn into the cyclone dust collector by the
centrifugal fan, it will rotate from top to bottom along the wall. Therefore, the dust particles are separated from the airflow by the centrifugal force, and then fall into the ash hopper along the wall by gravity, and the gas will be discharged from the
discharge pipe upwards along the discharge pipe.

Cyclone dust collector is applicable to the removal of non-viscous and non-fibrous dust, which is mostly used to remove
particlesabove 5μm, and the parallel multi-tube cyclone deduster device also has the dust removal efficiency of 80-85% for
particles at3μm.
