Ejon T20 is the updated model of T13, which widen the slotting trip from 130 mm to 200 mm, and equipped with a full servo control system to ensure the accuracy and stability of feeding, slotting and bending systems. The machine frame and cover are designed by a well-known design team. Machining parts are of chrome plating, beautiful and durable.
The specially designed super-long alternating manipulator feeding is used to feed materials by two sets of clamps to prevent feed slippage. The specially designed super-long alternate feeding mechanism adopts servo control system and is driven by high-quality double ball screws. It has the advantages of large torque, high precision and fast speed, ensuring smooth feeding process and avoiding material deformation.
The double-slotting tool and the double-bend alternate bending settings make it easy to handle the processing of various materials.
The core hardware of the machine adopts the casting structure, which is formed once and has strong stability. It is equipped with computer, air pump, voltage regulator and other related equipment.
