Working Principle Description:

Regeneration: Once the adsorbent bed is saturated with impurities, it needs to be regenerated to restore its adsorption capacity. This is achieved through the regeneration phase. The system switches to a regeneration mode where the adsorbent bed is depressurized, and a purge gas, such as a small portion of the purified nitrogen or ambient air, is introduced to desorb the impurities from the adsorbent material. The desorbed impurities are then vented out of the system.
