Reasons for PCB board bending

In the SMT process, the circuit board is prone to warping when it is reflowed, and in severe cases, it may even cause defects such as empty soldering of components and tombstones.

The reasons for the warping of the PCB board may be different, but in the end, it should be attributed to the fact that the stress applied to the PCB board is greater than the stress that the board material can withstand. When the ability of a place to resist stress is not uniform, the result of PCB board warpage will occur.
