On behalf of, a global leader in livestock export/import, baishengjuhe designed and construct a new, turn-key Dutch dairy farm, New construction of production stables with a total capacity of 490 Dairy cows (stable 1 is three-row - 230 units, stable 2 is two-row - 260 units). Between the stables there is a milking parlor with a waiting room, a dairy and an area for animal care.
Installation and Debugging

Cattle Head Lock

Cattle head lock usually is equipped between the restraint fence and trough, it could lock and unlock flexibly when cattle eating to fix the position of cattle, make each cattle getting enough feed, convenient for cattle regular physical examination, epidemic prevention and treatment by veterinarian, and hybridization by breeder.

Cattle Lying Bed

The farrowing crate accommodation is excellent for maintaining control of the body movements of the sow near her piglets. With optimum dimensions and smooth edges, the sow cannot be hurt. juhe´s farrowing crates have different accessories according to the customer's needs.

Rubber Flooring Mats

High quality interlocking rubber floor mat. These multi-purpose mats have a grooved underside that allow for drainage and add flex to absorb heavy foot concussion. The aggressive top pattern sustains traction and aids in slip-resistance.

Automatic Manure Removal System For Pigs

This automatic manure removal system is independently researched and developed by our company, its application in pig farm can greatly save labor work. More than 95% manure cleaning rate makes sure clean and safe environment for pigs.

Recirculating fans

We implemented recirculating fans from with automatic systems that controls speed of rotation in dependence on temperature. Also we installed automatic system of polycarbonate windows from that allows control of microclimate system in dependence on temperature, speed of wind and air humidity.
