APV/SPX Heat Exchanger Plates

1. The heat exchanger plates have four corner holes through which the two fluids involved in heat transfer pass. The metal plates are installed within a frame that has a fixed plate and a movable clamping plate on one side, and they are tightened using clamping bolts. The plates are equipped with sealing gaskets, which seal the fluid channels and guide the fluids to flow alternately into their respective passages, facilitating heat exchange. The flow rate, physical properties, pressure drop, and temperature difference of the fluids determine the number and size of the plates required for the heat exchanger.
2. Heat exchanger plates are manufactured using extremely precise molds for a one-time stamping process. Only plates that are formed in a single step possess the same level of precision. Operating Principle:
