Q1: Where can I get product and price information?
A1: Please send us an inquiry email, and we will respond to you with the requested information.

Q2: How long will it take to receive a sample?
A2: The timeframe for receiving a sample depends on the specific items you require. Generally, it takes around 3-7 days.

Q3: What kind of information do you need to provide a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawing in PDF format. It would be even better if you could provide it in STEP or IGS format.

Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We accept a 50% payment deposit. Once the goods are completed, we will provide you with photos for your review, and then you can pay the remaining balance.

Q5: How do you deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products via a courier company.

Q6: Are you a trading company or a factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with 10 experienced engineers and a workforce of approximately 70-110 employees. Our factory spans an area of around 3,000 square meters.

Q7: What should we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: If you don't have drawings, please send us a sample of the product. We can either replicate it or provide you with alternative solutions. If you can provide pictures or drafts with dimensions (length, height, width), we can create a CAD or 3D file for you once an order is placed.
