XCT1000 1 ton per hour small combined stone removal paddy shell mill processing germ rice milling machine

Product Usage

This combined rice mill plant is used to process GERM rice and white rice,which can process 1.3~1.5 tons paddy per hour.All kinds of rice varieties can be processed perfectly,especially for the weak long rice because this rice mill machine works with no pressure at all. Broken rate is only 1-2%. If adding a slight pressure, it can process WHITE germ rice; By replacing iron roll, it works as normal rice mill.

1. Using the combined cleaning and de-stoner, the cleaning effect is good, the stone removal is thorough, the energy consumption is low, and the investment is low. 2. Using our special designed KNIFE ROLLER rice machine N115G, the rice has low broken and GERM is reserved.The rice yield is 2% higher than that of similar machines. 3. 1,Low broken rate because of no pressure when working 2,Can process both germ rice and normal white rice. 3,Occupy small space,compact and low power consumption. 4,If the N115G rice mill machine works with no pressure,the GERM rice output is yellowed. If the N115G rice mill machine works with a slight pressure,the GERM rice output is white but germ is still reserved. If the N115G rice mill machine works with IRON roller,the rice output is normal white rice without GERM.
