Step One: Quality Inspection
After the eggs are transported to the factory, inspectors conduct sampling tests on each batch of eggs to ensure that the eggs themselves have no antibiotics, no veterinary drug residues, no heavy metal residues, and no excessive harmful substances. After passing the test, they enter the automated production workshop
Step Two: Screening, Cleaning, and Separation
Eggs are produced from the cloaca of laying hens/ducks/geese, and intestinal microorganisms will adhere to the surface, and they will be infected with a large number of pathogenic bacteria in a polluted environment. A sampling survey showed that 10% of the eggs carried Salmonella on their surface, and 64% of the eggs contained E. coli that seriously exceeded the standard. Microorganisms and pathogenic bacteria on the surface of the egg will enter the egg through the numerous pores on the eggshell and multiply in large numbers, seriously affecting the quality of the egg and causing harm to consumers. The only way to prevent eggs from being contaminated is to quickly clean and disinfect the eggs after they are produced to kill harmful bacteria, remove their pollutants, and completely eliminate a variety of germs and harmful substances that are inevitable in the poultry production process.
