Pallet packaging

Pallet packaging uses rectangular partitions to divide the pallet into equal parts according to the specified cavities, and then the components are loaded into the tray one by one, usually 50 pieces/tray, and then covered with a protective film. The pallets have single-layer, three-layer, ten-layer, twelve-layer, and twenty-four-layer automatic feeding tray feeders. When this packaging method began to be used, it was mainly used to package medium, high, and multi-layer ceramic capacitors with larger shapes. Currently, it is also used to package components such as SOP and QTP with a large number of pins.

Pallet packaging pallets are divided into hard disks and floppy disks. Hard disks are often used to package multi-pin, fine-pitch QTP components so that the lead wires of the package are not easily deformed; floppy disks are used to package ordinary special-shaped chip components.
