PRY-C480 Semi-Automatic Case-Maker
This machine is composed by three parts of a gluing,folding flattening and electrical cabinet
4.1 As shown in the main power switch is used to turn the machine power on or turn it off.
4.2 Gluing roller power switch is used to the gluing roller run and stop.The gluing roller speed is adjusted by the knob.(Caution:The speed adjustment knob can not leave on the 70% position for long tine.It will reduce the lift of speed controller if keep 70% position with a long time).
4.3 Glue tank temp.controller is for the glue temperature control.It will be set in 65~75℃ in general but it may be increased or reduced properly according to the glue melting point and the weather changing.
4.4 Heater start switch is for the glue tank heating control.
4.5 Folding roller run switch is for tuming folding roller on or off.
4.6 Suction switch is used to the suction control.
Notice:The button and switch on the panel except the main power switch are individually controlled,the relation section can be turn on or off individually and regardless of order.
5.1 There are two adjusting knob on the right and left sides.They are used to adjust the glue thickness that is gluing on the paper.The glue thickness is needed to adjust according to the product requirement.
5.2 The picture above is glue bucket.It includes two parts.One is for the glue and another is for the water.
5.3 The water tank valve shown in the picture above is for cleaning glue.The hot water from the tank can clean the machine.
5.4 The bucket valve is for open and closes the glue supply.
5.5 The heater shown in the picture is for heating water and then melt the glue in the bucket.Its power is 6KW.
5.6 The temperature detect sensor shown in the picture above is for detecting the water temperature in the tank and then control it.
5.7 Adding glue pot,the water by heating to melt glue pot.
5.8 The water filling inlet is to fill additional water into glue tank.
Note:It is important to check the water level in the water tank and make sure it has enough water there before run the machine.There are the heaters installed in glue bucket and glue tank.Otherwise,the heater may be easy to damage.
6.1 The vacuum generator is shown in the picture.It generates the vacuum for the suction.
6.2 There are two sensors installed in the front shown in the picture and inside.These two sensors control the flatten roller forward and reverse running when do the folding.They are needed cleaning often to avoid their reaction reduce or fail due to the dust.
6.3 The folding pull finger located between the folding rollers is for the folding function.
6.4 The air filter is located under the working table.Its working pressure is bigger than 0.6kg/c㎡.It needs to lubricate and also exhaust water everyday from it.Keep the air dry and long life the pneumatic parts.

Product Requirements
When the paper thickness is less than 157gsm,the A area need to keep around 15mm,if the paper thickness is more than 157gsm, the A area need to correspond to big,if the paper thickness is more than 200gsm,the A area can not be less than 20mm.otherwise,the edge can not be folded.
Configuration
Gluing Part:There are two adjusting knob on the right and left sides.They are used to adjust the glue thickness that is gluing on the paper.The glue thickness is needed to adjust according to the product requirement.
