1.In correct operation & maintaining, the machine is guaranteed for one year since leaving our factory excludes the electric elements (the spare parts stock are available for IMMDEIATELY SERVICE);

3. we will dispatch a technician to the factory abroad to install & regulate the machine also train workers at Clients’ place with extra cost.

Machine frame made from H450 type steel by welding; Side wall thickness: 18mm Hydraulic Driving, Gear chain transmission,26 forming stations Main Motor=37KW , Frequency speed control Forming speed approx.15 m/min Manufacturing process: spray painting for frame and wallboard; baking finishing/chroming/galvanizing/blackening for spare parts

Manufactured from #45 steel, precision machined, tempering treated and Hard Chrome Coated;

Hydraulic cutting system. Easily operating and incision flattening. Cutting blades made by high quality mold steel Cr12 with heat treatment Cutter frame made from high quality 30mm steel plate by welding
