2. BLENDING TANKS

Main information

*The equipment consists of Cylinder body, cylinder cover, mixing oar, feed inlet, discharge valve and all the parts are made of stainless steel 304.

*There is a stirring paddle inside which is used to mix well.

*The bottom of the cylinder is inclined, which makes it easy to empty.

*The other two feed inlets are connected with the pipeline for continuous feeding of various ingredients.

*The insulation materials of the tank are polyurethane foam or pearl cotton which is high temperature resistant, anti - aging.

*The stirring speed of the agitator is optional.

*Nozzle is equipped with level gauge (static pressure type, capacitance type, non-contact type, ultrasonic type, glass tube), air breathing, thermometer (digital display type or dial), CIP cleaning mouth, sight glasses, explosion-proof lamp (optometric lights integration), SIP sterilizing mouth, liquid inlet and outlet, sanitary manhole, etc.
