Curved Roll Description

The curved roll is made by mounting a series of rotatable roll sleeves on a curved mandrel through bearings. The roller surface can be fitted with a rubber sleeve or other treatment. The curved roller is mainly composed of curved mandrel, rolling bearing assembly, rubber sleeve, end sleeve, support and adjusting wheel. The arc-shaped roller is bent into the required arc shape, the shaft is equipped with bearings at a certain distance apart, and the rubber sleeve is set on the bearing to become a roller with an arc shape and the rubber sleeve can rotate around the shaft.
