The BPR series compensating devices are string adjusting devices used for productive completion. Multiple seal units provide the sliding seal, and pins connect the upper and lower joint assemblies. The pulling force for connection can be adjusted according to field requirements by adjusting the number of the installed pins. When the string internal stress, which increases due to the change of the temperature and pressure, is amounted to a certain value, the pins will be sheared to release the central tube, thus realizing the string compensation adjustment.
