Product Description:

Acoustic Sandwich Panel

The Acoustic Sandwich Panel is a sound absorbing panel designed for use in warehouses, buildings, and other equipment thermal insulation applications. It is a composite panel made from polystyrene foam, wood fiberboard, and aluminum which provides superior sound insulation and moisture resistance. Its thickness ranges from 50mm to 200mm, providing exceptional heat insulation performance. The panel is designed to last more than 50 years, offering a reliable and long-term solution to sound insulation requirements.

Baodu’s Insulated Acoustic Sandwich Panel includes : the external layer is : Perforated steel plate or aluminum plate with the openning of 3mm, the internal is galvanized steel plate or aluminum plate+cement board , the core material is high density rockwool panel and PU foam+Non woven fabric as below drawing.
