Iqualitrol HBRVS-187.5 digital display Brinell Vickers Brockwell hardness tester adopts 8-inch touch screen and high-speed ARM processor, intuitive display, friendly human-computer interaction, and easy operation;

The fuselage was designed by iqualitrol team and made of high-quality cast iron for one-time casting, combined with the car paint treatment process, the shape is round and beautiful;

The measuring device adopts a grating displacement sensor, and the result is displayed on the LCD screen, and the test scale, test force, indenter type, dwell time, conversion unit, can be displayed and set on touch screen;

Iqualitrol HBRVS-187.5 has three test methods of Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers, and multi-level test force, which can meet various hardness test requirements;

The electronic closed-loop control applies the test force, which fully realizes the automatic operation of loading, dwell and unloading of the test force;

High-definition measurement and observation-double objective lens combination, combined with high-definition micrometer eyepiece with built-in length encoder, realizes one-key measurement of indentation diagonal, greatly reducing human operation interference and reading errors;

The built-in testing software can correct the hardness value of the machine;
Convenient control system, which can automatically convert the unit of the full hardness scale;

Built-in printer, and can output data through USB, RS232 port.
