Customized Wheel Hub Motor Slot Wedge For Auto Motor Manufacturing

The slot wedge is made of a high-temperature-resistant material, such as glass fiber or aramid fiber composite. This material is able to withstand the high temperatures generated by the motor during operation.The main purpose of the slot wedge is to insulate the windings of the stator from the metal laminations. By filling the slots and providing a barrier between the windings and the laminations, the slot wedge helps to prevent the windings from moving or vibrating during operation, which can cause electrical shorts and reduce the efficiency of the motor.
