Attention

• VCC requires independent LDO power supply with independent power-off function. When low voltage warning appears, users should disable the function of module and replace the battery to avoid abnormal operation caused by voltage instability.
• Do not share the power supply with any high-power devices (buzzer, LED, LCD, electromagnet, motor, etc.).
• Power Ripple should be <50mV.

DESCRIPTION

FCS360 is a capacitive fingerprint module developed independently by 3F and 3F owns the whole intellectual property of its software and hardware. This module is a press type fingerprint module designed for specific ID authentication applications of 2nd-generation ID card, exit-entry administration, financial system, etc.

The module has the characters of low-consumption, high SNR, high surface hardness, excellent abrasion resistance, and good adaptability to dry/wet fingers. It captures high quality image of 256*360 pixel and 508 DPI, with special coating technology, products against ESD up to 15KV.

The module can be connected to external devices with FPC connector (8pin, 1.0mm interval).
