The FFU is an ideal equipment to create class 100 airflow for Pharmaceutical & Micron cleanroom. The inside HEPA filter is class 100, made of glass fiber efficiency 99.99% @ 0.3 micron particles, the glass fiber can hold large dust and provide low resistance. Pre filter be added before the HEPA filters to increase the service life of HEPA filters.

Cleanroom FFU airflow was accelerated by centrifugal fan at velocity 0.45m/s±20% to pass through from ceiling down to the floor. The laminar airflow can create a stable clean environment. Centrifugal fan was made in China or made in Germany, we recommend EBM fan because it`s got lower noise, low power consumption and less vibration.

The FFU fan filter unit become very popular because it`s very easy to install and to maintain. The HEPA filters is separated from the FFU housing, when replace the HEPA filter. Just need to lift the housing. As a result of the convenience, FFU fan filter unit is quite common in normally cleanroom.

The standard size of FFU is 1170*570*320mm or 1220*610*320mm, to make customized size also available.
