Warranty period is within 12 months from the date of installation and debugging. Within the warranty period, the supplier shall reply and provide maintenance instructions through telephone within two hour or send well trained service engineer to conduct on-sight service within 24 hours. Penta will be responsible for any damage caused by the quality problem of the equipment by free parts replacing and service. Replacement of equipment components (including wearing parts), whether it is in the warranty period or out of warranty period, please be sure to buy from Penta to ensure that the normal use of your device, the same time, we will be responsible for this component maintenance.
