Process and Function Description:

battery box top and bottom assembly → single core battery and BMU box assembly → copper electrode connecting piece fixing → fastener fixing → wires fixing → battery pressing board fixing → integrated battery box cover fixing → OCV/insulation test and battery package assembly → battery box top and bottom assembly → complete battery package off the line.

The whole set adopts advanced automatic conveying equipment and intelligent PLC control system to guarantee continuous production.
