High Performance 10 ton Gas Steam Boiler for Garment Industry

Gas Steam Boiler description and superior advantages
Gas Steam Boiler is horizontal three pass fire tube wet back full automatic steam boiler. It normally suitable for 500kg to 20ton/h capacity, use all kinds of gas and oil fuels,such as natural gas, lpg,lng,cng,city gas,biogas, diesel oil,heavy oil.
1. High effiency(exceed 92%) and energy saving(save gas
3-5m3/h;save oil 3-5kg/h)..
(1). Three pass structure,which extend the flow of smoke and
enhance the heat transfer.
(2). Adopt bog size whole corrugated furnace,big heating
area,sastify the free expansion of boiler, improve the boiler
effiency.
2. Enough steam output and high quality steam.
(1). Our boiler design big size water volume,the steam output is
stable and steam quality is good.
(2). Design special steam water separator,reduce steam humidity and
improve steam quality.
3. Safe and reliable.
(1). Whole wet back structure and transition multi-loop
full-temperature condenser design, ND just material, fin tube
design,which highly reduces the back plate sheet temperature(around
50°).
(2). Double layer 12cm aluminum silicate insulation material,two
stage anti-leak design and tight seal to avoid leakage phenomenon.
(3). Design tension bars,increasing the tube plate strength,
preventing cracking.
4. Long life span(More than 20 years ).
(1). 5-10% overload capacity design and reasonably configurate
spare parts,reduce equipment fatigue.
(2). New type refractory material,solidification strong, long using
life,which will not fall off after shaking.
