Rotary Lobe Pumps are self-priming, valve less, positive displacement pumps. With speed-proportional flow, they continuously deliver trouble-free pumping of liquids of various consistencies and multiphase mixtures. They are compact and operate with low shear and low pulsation.

1. Pump casing: one-piece Block casing with protective liner plates at both faces.
2. Bearings: one side double bearings, oil bath in block-casing, lateral drain plug
3. Rotors: entirely NBR - coated, core not product wetted
4. Rotor-form: dual lobe rotors, entirely elastomer coated
5. Shafts: not wetted by pumped fluid, but oil lubricated Shaft
6. Sealing: maintenance free single acting mechanical seals with common oil quench, seal faces SISIC / SISIC; Seals easily replaceable through pump casing.
7. Seal monitoring: oil-filled intermediate chamber, integrated in the pump casing, with lateral drain plug, as Quench, for seal monitoring and for lubricating the shaft-rotor-connection, without external fluid reservoir, without pressurization.
