Introduction of cutting process

• Motorized Pre-cutting: It is used when changing the coil of raw material; it can cut the coil rapidly and time-saving. Power: 1.5KW

• Hydraulic Cutting after forming: Cut the sheet after roll forming to required length

• Cutting motion: The main machine automatically stops and the cutting will take place. After the cutting, the main machine will automatically start.

• Material of blade: D3 with heat treatment HRC 60°±1.5°,Need to provide the certificate when inspection machine.

• Length measuring: Automatic length measuring

• Tolerance of length: 3m+/- 1.5mm
