GMI GT SERIES MULTI PURPOSE GAS DETECTORS

GMI GT Series is a multi-functional gas analyser range comprising of five models; GT-40, GT-41, GT-42, GT-43 and GT-44. Each detector can be used for several different applications, eliminating the requirement for separate instruments for different jobs. Seven functions are possible, gas leakage, confined space entry (safety), purging, pressure leak tightness, bar hole testing, Carbon Monoxide detection and gas sniffing. Portable handheld instruments aimed to meet most gas detection needs in one instrument, built to be durable and easy to use.

The Integral pump draws the sample in and includes a pressure sensor for gas flow detection. A hydrophobic filter protects the sampling system. Toxic gases are detected by electrochemical cells. Methane is detected by three sensors types: Semiconductor for ppm range, Catalytic Bead, 0-100% LEL and volume measurement by a Thermal Conductivity sensor.
