Our pocket air filter Media Material Specifiation:

1) Surface layer: 100% high strength non-woven fabric, color can be made according to customer's demand.

2) Bi-component (PP +PET) layer:bi-component structure, in that, the super-fine Melt-blown fiber give the non-woven higher filtration efficiency rate and the PET fiber convey excellent compression resilince property. The two fibers are blended in structure of"Z" shape,which makes the filter media featured with higher air permeability and dust holding capacity, more importantly, it can decrease the pressure drop raising up during its using. it is a newly developed filter media for the applications requesting higher dust holding and low resistance synchronously.

3) Lining Non-woven fabric layer: needle punched media or non-woven compound media applied, design to filter the larger particles at lower initial pressure drop and enhance to reach the max dust volume and helpful pocket longer service life.

4) Middle separator: to make sure the air is pressed evenly throughout the bag.
