Q3: I couldn't find the products I wanted on your site.

You can send the glass models you need (both descriptions and pictures) via e-mail. We will respond as soon as possible to let you know if we can produce them.

Q4: How do you ensure the quality of your products?

Before shipping, we will send you a picture or video to ensure the goods are in perfect condition. Please inform us if any pieces were broken within 1 day after receiving the package. We will include the broken pieces in your next order for free if the glass was damaged during shipping.

Q5: In addition to the cost of my order, do I also need to pay for shipping and the wooden box?

Of course NO! The wooden boxes will be paid for by us.

If you have a logistics partner in China, we will ship your package for free within China.

Q6: When ordering for the first time, what is the minimum order quantity?
