Features of High speed pick and place machine

F7S high speed pick and place machine apply for tube light,1meter strip light,led linear bulbs,panel light,etc.the optimum speed around 150000CPH.The max pcb size is 1200*330mm.
With magnetic linear motor and servo motor to ensure machine move and placement at high stability,with 5 sets of imported camera,with Vision alignment and mark correction.

Layout of SMT LINE

In SMT Line, there are automatic stencil printer machine, pick and place machine, reflow oven machine, loader and un-loader machine. Different SMT line design will be little different. Some factory will using one automatic stencil printer machine for different SMT line. ETON will provide the professional suggestion for the line design.
