I. Products Description and Why need to use the tester

Conductivity performance of the conductive circuit of the breaker (hereinafter abbreviated as switch) plays important function on safe operation of the switch. Conductivity performance can be reflected by resistance of the conductive circuit. Therefore it is specified in IEC standards and by the manufacturer that resistance of the measurement circuit shall be measured, and clear indexes are specified for circuit resistance of the switch in different type. The double arm electric bridge is generally applied in past time. Because voltage and current of the electric bridge are very small, distribution of testing data is great when there is impurity between movable contact and static contact of the switch or there is surface oxidation etc. And anti-interference performance of the electric bridge is bad at same time. And it is specified in GB50150-91 and DL/T 596-1996 that “DC pressure method shall be applied” and “current isn’t lower than 100 A”. This instrument is extensively used to measure contact resistance, circuit resistance of various electrical apparatus and switches and contact resistance of cable and wire, welding seam, which is manufactured by Fanke company in order to suit to requirements of specification. so the KDC-200A contact resistance tester is used for the above measurement purpose.

II. Features
