A: Due to the cost, I'm sorry I can't send you a sample of the screen. But we can send you a small sample panel to let you confirm the material, color and quality of the product.

Q: What parameters should we provide for us to make an appropriate quotation?
A: Purpose, density, size, color, quantity and packaging requirements.

Q: Do you have design services?
A: Yes, we have a R & D department, so we can make new designs according to your needs.

Q: What are the terms of payment?
A: General payment term is 50% wire transfer in advance & the balance paid before shipment, or LC at sight. For long term cooperated customers CYATCO would be delight to provide better payment terms.

Q: What is your lead time?
A: For stocked panels, it's around 5-7 days, for custom panels, it is 10-15 days.
