[Mold base]: custom mold base CI3040.7010090

This is a two-plates mold developed (designed and manufactured) by Chitwing according

to the user needs and macro market economy. It adopts nano-injection molding technology,

hot runner design; w/o loss of material, high precision, easy operation and short cycle time;

auto filling, injection and demolding, greatly reducing material and labor costs; molded parts

with precise thread.

① A surface polished to 1000# sandpaper
② Secondary surface EDM with VDI21# (Makino)

☆ [Steel of cavity and core]: Harden with 1*1/S136

  What we do：
