The mold is designed with pin point gate, unobstructed cooling/heating system and reliable

seal, free of leakage. Cavity & Core are smooth w/o pits and corrosion, with uniform molded

part wall thickness and the deviation < 0.15mm; molded part w/o flow marks. Harden cavity

and core to improve the hardness and anti-wearing performance; the tool life > 500K shots,

highly cost-effective
