The mold size is 400 X 500 X 511mm. The part material is PC+ABS. The mold is designed with

cold runner,harden cavity and core with 1*1/S136, and the tool life is up to 500k shots. Partial

surfaces EDM withVDI18# (Makino), and the internal surface EDM with VDI27# (Makino).

Mold features: two sliders

The mold weight is 611kg; the IMM tonnage is 110T;

the part weight is 20g, and the part size is154.34 X 45.23 X 58.10mm
