The mold was developed by Chitwing (designed and manufactured). It is designed with a side gate

and a custom mold base; the pin point gate turns to the side gate. The tool life is up to 50 K shots.

Mold good fitted and has good anti-fatigue performance, and meets the LKM standard.

The mold size is 400 X 450 X 426mm (net weight 470 kg); fit 140T machine. The mold surface is

polished to A1, with 4 sliders (cylinders), more scientific design and shorter cycle time.
