Description
The Titanium Sodium Hypochlorite Generator is an advanced electrolytic system used for ozone and sodium hypochlorite production in swimming pool water treatment.
By generating ozone directly through electrolysis, the system
effectively sterilises water, eliminates organic pollutants, and
improves overall water clarity and safety — all without the use of
hazardous chemical disinfectants.
Superior Disinfection Performance
Ozone and its secondary oxidants (such as hydroxyl radicals)
possess the strongest bactericidal and virus-inactivating
properties.
At the same concentration, ozone is 600–3000 times more effective than chlorine.
For example, a 1 mg/L ozone concentration can inactivate E. coli in just 5 seconds, while chlorine would require over 15,000
seconds.
Environmentally Friendly
Ozone is an eco-friendly green disinfectant that decomposes naturally into oxygen and does not produce harmful
by-products or secondary pollution.
No Harmful Chlorine By-products
Unlike chlorine disinfection, ozone treatment does not produce chlorinated organic compounds, toxic gases, or irritating vapours that can harm respiratory health.
Enhanced Water Clarity
Ozone decomposes humic substances, oxidises iron and manganese
ions, and removes light-scattering microorganisms, resulting in
crystal-clear, natural blue water — without the need for copper sulfate additives.
Stable pH Balance
Ozone is neutral in nature and does not affect the pH of pool
water, eliminating the need for pH regulators and additional
balancing chemicals.
Safer and Easier Operation
Ozone-based systems are safer to operate and maintain, reducing the
handling and storage risks associated with chlorine-based
chemicals.
Reduced Chemical Consumption
The ozone system provides micro-flocculation effects and organic decomposition, eliminating the need for
flocculants and, under certain conditions, even for chlorine
disinfectants or pH adjusters.
The Titanium Sodium Hypochlorite Generator utilises coated titanium anodes as the core electrolysis component.
These anodes feature a mixed metal oxide (MMO) coating on a pure titanium substrate, providing:
Long service life
Low overpotential
High chlorine evolution efficiency
Significant energy savings
Our company’s titanium anodes are engineered for high-efficiency ozone and sodium hypochlorite production, ensuring stable performance under demanding electrochemical conditions.
Our titanium anodes are suitable for a wide range of operating environments, including:
Deoxidation processes (e.g., pickling)
High-speed electrolyte circulation systems
Electrode reversal operations
Based on these requirements, we have developed specialised MMO anodes optimised for efficiency, durability, and salt utilisation improvement.
