This production line can produce corrugated roof sheet with color & transparent, common flat sheet, decorative sheet and so on.

Installation environment requirement:
Ground flatness within 5CM
Ground hardened layer>20CM (at less 8CM)
Line Installing place requet :
Width>5m,length>56m,height>5m
Power requirement: 380V 50HZ
Transformer capacity: 100KW (Running is about 25--45KW)

As customer request sheet profiles (Different profile, need change different roller Tools)
Sheet expanding width <1500mm
Sheet Wave height: maximum 140mm
Thickness:0.4-5mm
Production speed: 2-12m/min(Depend on the sheet thickness and worker skill)

Operators Required: 3-6 person
