Multilayer Door Skin Press Lamination Line / Hydraulic Hot Press Machine

The automatic laminating line adopts PLC controller and HMI control, fast reponse, high position accuracy, to save labor cost and improve the productivity. So, it has the feature of stable performance, high production efficiency, and easy operation.

This assembly line comprises of different machines, and some optional devices could be installed to realize other functions if requested, such as brusher, vacuum loader, vacuum unloader, auto trimmer, cooling line, stacking device, etc

1. We can make plywood hot press machine for making plywood board , blockboard , MDF , Chipboard for making door .
2. Hot platens sizes can be customized , 1370x2700,1100x1830 , 1610x1710 , and other sizes available . Layers can be 5 layers , 8 layers , 10 layers , 12 layers , 15 layers , 18 layers , 20 layers , 25layers , 30 layers ,
3. The hot platens is made of C45 / DIN 17200 steel, high rigidity , drilled with large duty deep hole drill . oil/steam double inlet and double outlet .
4. Its frame is knock down model , fixed with screw and then weld at customer factory site , then it will be convenient to ship by containers .
5. It can be heated by both steam water and thermo oil .
