1.HSYJ-800T to 1600T Series door skin veneering hot press machine suitable for moulding and veneering of melamine door skin,natural wood door skin.
2.This door skin veneering hot press machine adopts spring synchronous closed structure, can stop at any position according to the production preocess(or position-limit control), and the residence time can be adjusted.
3.The door skin veneering hot press machinepress holding time and pressure set automatic control.
4.Two operaing mode(manual and automatic) are convenient for customers to choose.
Door skin hot perss is suitable for melamine door skin,natural veneer door skin.The synchronizer is human oriented design which let the hot platens can be stopped at any position.(i,e,limit control),and the residence time difference between the lowest layer and top layer ,so that it can better ensure product quality.The time of the pressure and the pressure value can be automatically set and controlled.
